At Zee.Dog, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your gear. If a size isn't right or you've changed your mind, you can return or exchange any unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is free of pet hair, dirt, or signs of wear.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
